HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
To find what we have for sale just select a category from the index box called Products. Then click any item for more information. All the images enlarge if you click on them. To order click on the Add to Cart button next to the item which you want from any detail page. This will add the item to your cart. Check out at any time or continue shopping.

We are committed to safeguarding your privacy. Please read the following policy to understand how your personal information will be treated as you make full use of our web site and make purchases from our store. This policy may change from time to time so please check back periodically.
We collect information in several ways from its customers and users. Some personal information may be gathered when you proceed to check out including but not limited to your name, physical mailing address, physical shipping address (if different than your mailing address), your email address, daytime telephone number, credit card number and expiration date and information about where you first learned about this site. In addition, to check out information we may ask you for personal information at other times, including (but not limited to) when you use our site. We do not release any of this information.
Terms Of Sale
Most orders are processed and on their way to you within 48 hours. In stock items, shipped standard shipping, should reach you within 5-14 days anywhere in the U.S. including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and Military Addresses. If you do not receive delivery by the 14th day, please call us or e-mail us, and we will gladly assist you in tracking the order. If an item is out of stock we will put it on backorder, and will notify you when it arrives before we ship the item.
Residents of the state of Pennsylvania will be charged sales tax, calculated on the taxable items of the order. No sales tax on fiber, clothing, yarn or dyes in PA. Residents of all other states are responsible for paying any applicable local sales tax.
We want you to be satisfied with everything you buy from us. If our products do not please you for any reason, merely return them undamaged and unchanged to us within 30 days for a full product refund. Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Please fill out the back of your invoice and indicate whether you prefer a refund or exchange for the amount of the product.
Please note: We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
